JurisTax announces new appointments to its Board of Directors

We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Mervin Muller and Raymond Wong as Directors at JurisTax. Mervin Muller, a Chartered Accountant, brings over 15 years of experience in private equity, structured investments, and strategic leadership. His prior roles include Executive Head of Private Equity and Structured Investment Products. Mervin has served on the boards of numerous renowned companies, including Bayport Management Limited and Libstar Consumer Holdings, and is currently the Founder and Managing Director of Chase & Willow Capital. His leadership in private equity, portfolio management, and investment execution will significantly strengthen JurisTax’s service offerings.

Raymond Wong is the Founder and Managing Director of Asia Business Centre (Holdings) Limited and brings over 15 years of experience in corporate, secretarial, and banking services, with a focus on international business expansion. Raymond has successfully facilitated the incorporation of over 5,000 companies across multiple jurisdictions and managed banking solutions in more than 120 countries. His strategic vision and expertise in compliance, banking, and business structuring will support JurisTax in driving growth and innovation in global markets.
