Mauritius has firmly established itself as a premier jurisdiction for setting up and administering global investment funds, offering a diverse array of fund structures to meet the varying needs of investors and fund managers. According to the Financial Services Commission’s (‘FSC’) monthly global business data sheet, there were 935 active global funds as of December 2024.
